Following official communication by the Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) in conjunction with the Association of Secondary Schools Head Teachers in Uganda (ASSHU) and the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) inviting secondary schools in Uganda to participate in the DanceSport competitive showcase set to take place at St Joseph`s College Layibi in Gulu District from 18th -26th April 2022.
Uganda DanceSport Federation, the National body recognized by National Council of Sports as the regulator for DanceSport in Uganda hereby welcomes the invitation and extends the same to all Head Masters and Head Mistresses of all Secondary Schools in Uganda to register their schools to represent the district in DanceSport competitions at the National Secondary Schools Games 2022.
The DanceSport medal disciplines to be competed in are Break Dance, Hip Hop Dance, Popping Dance and Latin & Standard/Ballroom Dance. Participating schools will bring teams as shown in the table below.
